Coordination of legal responses to political corruption
This project involves country studies of how legal and regulatory anti-corruption institutions interact and focus on the identification of methods of coordinating legal proceedings and recovery and management of proceeds of corruption. It is one of a set of collaborative research projects on the theme of Improving Inter-Institutional Connections to Promote Inclusive Growth being pursued by members of the Global Administrative Law Network.
