The Academic Master and PhD classes share part of their syllabus with disciplines taken by students enrolled in different academic stages, and there are some disciplines aimed exclusively at training students in each of these stages.

In addition to taking the mandatory, optional, and elective subjects of the program, students can take the disciplines offered by the Global Law Program of FGV Sao Paulo Law School and by the other Master and PhD programs at FGV, including subjects offered by educational institutions with which FGV Sao Paulo Law School keeps partnerships.
