Business Law from an economic and comparative perspective

This research line studies the role of business law in development, by (i) examining the dogmatic outline and economic functionality of legal institutes; (ii) analyzing the determining factors of legal evolution; (iii ) carrying out empirical work describing law in action; and (iv) making critical use of Comparative Law lessons.
