He developed his postdoctoral research at Saarland University (1996), and got his Doctor of Law from the same University (1994). Master in Public Law from University Paris-I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) (1989). Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Athens (1988). Professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, at the Undergraduate and Academic Master’s Programs. Director of the Brazilian Institute of Constitutional Studies. He studies constitutional law, state theory, and ideology.
