Flavia Portella Püschel

Doctor in Law from University of São Paulo (2004). Associate professor at the FGV Sao Paulo Law School. She is a member of the Executive Council of Sao Paulo Law School Review. She has experience in the field of Law, with emphasis on Civil Law and Theory of Law, working mainly on the following topics: theory of liability, civil liability, private law, and public policy and feminist theory of law. She carried out postdoctoral research as a visiting scholar and fellow of the "Exzellenzcluster Die Herausbildung normativer Ordnungen, at the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with support from FAPESP, from February to July 2011.
