
Luciana Gross Cunha
PhD (2004) and Master (1999) in Political Science, School of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences, University of São Paulo (FFLCH/USP). Undergraduate and graduate professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, since 2004. Member of the Justice and Constitution Nucleus of FGV Sao Paulo Law School, she studies the performance of the institutions of the justice system, and their connection with the political environment, justice administration, and access to justice. Her work is part of the research line Rule-based Democracy Institutions of Law and Political and Social Development, of the Academic Master’s and PhD Program in Law and Development, at FGV Sao Paulo Law School.
