Postdoctoral fellow from New York University. Doctor and Master in Economic Law from the School of Law of the University of São Paulo, and graduated in Law from the same school. He is a full-time professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, and was coordinator of the Academic Master's program in Law and Development, from 2015 to 2019. He got a scientific initiation scholarship from FAPESP, and from  the young leader’s program of the Sasakawa Fund (Master’s), and was a Visiting Researcher at Columbia Law School (PhD). His research agenda focuses on the fields of law and development, administrative law, and the political economy of development, emphasizing institutional alternatives and public policy designs in the economic field. In the undergraduate program, he has taught disciplines in administrative law and competition law. In the master's program, he has taught the discipline Law and Development.
