The goal of this research line is to publish a series of technical policy papers to promote public debate on racial equality in the private sector, following case studies of racial diversity in the 500 largest Brazilian companies. We will develop a regulatory framework for affirmative actions in the private sector. It also intends to address racial equality in the public sector, through a series of policy papers that discuss the impact of structural reforms, such as the proposed tax and administrative reforms, on racial equality and economic injustice.
