This research line intends to propose a regulatory framework to deal with online hate speech in Brazil, following a diagnosis based on federal courts’ decisions. In the long term, we intend to monitor the impact of technology on racial equality, through partnerships with activists and discussion on algorithmic discrimination and technological equality.
