Studying the interpretation and implementation of fundamental rights under domestic and foreign rules from the perspective of procedural justice and constitutional issues specific theory (general) law, specifically with regard to methodological choices on the interpretation of constitutional law and issues theory of the norm.

Reshaping Global Governance: An Empirical Collaborative Study of Indicators in Action

Brazilian Supreme Court and constitutional jurisprudence
Analyzing the role of Brazilian Supreme Court in the exercise of judicial review through jurisprudential research, in order to exam the relations among STF and other political branches. We also study models of interpretation used by the Brazilian Supreme Court’s justices in its decisions and comparative study of constitutional Courts.
