Created in 2013, the Law, Economics and Governance Center (NuDEG) promotes the understanding and development of the Law and Economics approach, especially in the areas of Contract Law, Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Insolvency. The activities consist of original research and the interaction of different players, with a focus on the country's economic and social development.
