Tax Law Center

The Tax Law Center (NDT) of the Professional Master's Degree at FGV Sao Paulo Law School  carries out research regarding the role of tax law and the tax process as a set of norms and institutions that condition the behavior of several actors, which can favor or hinder economic, political and social development. The research has  an integrated and multidisciplinary view of the reality, with an emphasis on public taxation policies and their impact on business activity and business structuring, from the perspective of the private, public and non-governmental (third sector) sectors.
