Catarina Helena Cortada Barbieri

PhD (2012) and Master (2008) in Law from University of São Paulo (Philosophy and General Theory of Law), and Fox International Fellow (2010-2011) at Yale University. Graduated (2003) in Law from  University of Sao Paulo. She was a UNDP consultant for the project "Thinking about Law", of the Ministry of Justice's Secretariat of Legislative Affairs (10/2008 - 03/2009), and head of the same Secretariat's office (08/2009 - 03/2010). She is currently editor-in-chief of Direito GV Law Review.
