Sarah Morganna Mattos Marinho

Sarah Marinho holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo, a master's degree in advanced legal research (LLM legal research) from the University of Wisconsin, a master's degree in Law and Development from FGV Direito SP and a law degree from the Federal University of Ceará. She is a professor of Business Law at FGV Direito SP and works as a researcher at Fundação Getulio Vargas from the Center for Public Sector Policy and Economics. Has research and corporate consultancy in international business projects, financing and private-partnerships.
