Alexandre Pacheco da Silva

PhD in Scientific and Technological Policy from the Geosciences Institute, of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp); Master in Law and Development from FGV Sao Paulo Law School and Bachelor of Law from the same institution. Professor of undergraduate and graduate programs at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, teaching courses in the area of digital law, personal data protection, technology contracts, entrepreneurship, startup financing, intellectual property, and entertainment contracts. Coordinator of the Center for Teaching and Research in Innovation (FGV CEPI) and founder of the Laboratory of New Technology Companies (LENT) and Labtech, at FGV Sao Paulo Law School.
