Andréa Mascitto

Professor of Tax Law at FGV Sao Paulo Law School and Partner at Pinheiro Neto Lawyers, where she started in 2002. She works in the tax area, focusing on corporate tax litigation and consulting, and addresses the implementation and development of alternative methods of dispute resolution in tax matters in Brazil. She holds a master's degree in Tax Law, from PUC-SP a Graduate degree in Tax Law, from FGV Direito SP (FGV LAW) and an undergraduate degree in Law, from PUC-SP. Currently, she is Legal Vice President of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC), co-coordinator of the research group "Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in Tax Matters", of the Tax Law Center at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, Member of the Tax Arbitration Group of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAR), and Member of the Tax Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association/SP.
