Specialist in Civil and Consumer Law from Sao Paulo School of Magistracy  (2002). Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (1993). Judge in Law in São Paulo since 1997. Professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School since August 2013. First-degree coordinator in the area of philosophy of law and human rights, at Sao Paulo School of Magistracy  (2014/2015). Coordinator of the University Extension Course on Controversial Themes of Human Rights, at Sao Paulo School of Magistracy (2014). Coordinator of the University Extension Course in Philosophy of Law and Human Rights, at Sao Paulo School of Magistracy –(2013). Speaker at the National and State Schools of Magistracy. Professor of Law at Faculdade Zumbi dos Palmares, from August 2008 to December 2011. Visiting professor of the virtual specialization course on civil law innovations and their instruments of tutelage, held by the University for the Development of the State and Pantanal Region, and the Luiz Flávio Gomes teaching network, in studies of the LFG network (2009-2010). Visiting professor of the graduate course in Contracts, at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado - FAAP (2009-2011).
