PhD (2014) and Master (2010) from the Law School of the University of São Paulo. Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Yale Law School, and a Lilian Goldman Perpetual Scholarship Fellow. Bachelor of Law from PUC-SP (2006). She was a visiting scholar at the Washington College of Law - American University. Professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School Graduate Program (GVlaw), in the area of regulation and research methodology, in Undergraduate and Professional Master’s programs. Coordinator of the Public Group at FGV São Paulo Law School, and collaborator at the School of Public Training, where she was a student (2004). Researcher at the Study Group on the Relations between State and Private Companies (GRP) at FGV Sao Paulo Law School. Professor at the Law School of USJT, teaching Administrative Law. She develops research in the area of Administrative Law, Regulation, and Law & Bureaucracy.
