Lie Uema works as an Attorney for Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Contracts and as a professor at the Business Law Clinic of the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV / EDESP. She coordinated the Master’s Course in Business Law and the Master’s Course in Tax Law and serves as one of the coordinators of Business Law Specialization at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas — FGV (GVLaw). Lie Uema is a professor of several postgraduate courses at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas — FGV (GVLaw).
