Doctor (2014) and Master (2005) in Commercial Law from the Law School of University of São Paulo - USP. Master of Law from Stanford University School of Law (Master of the Science of Law - J.S.M., 2005). Bachelor of Law from USP Law School (2000). Professor at FGV Graduate School - Rio de Janeiro (2008 - 2016), and of the Professional Master's Degree at FGV Sao Paulo Law School (since 2017). Partner at L Dias Lawyers. Member of several Boards of Directors and Audit Committees. She was director of the Brazilian Securities Commission - CVM (2010-2015), and Superintendent of Market Development at CVM (2008-2010). She was a CVM representative at the Corporate Governance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development –OECD (2011 – 2015) and at the Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable organized by OECD (2009 – 2015). Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association-SP (2001), and to New York Bar Association (2006).
