Graduated (2008), Master (2014), and PhD (2018) in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is a professor at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP) and the coordinator of the Center for Access to Justice, Procedures, and Conflict Resolution Methods (NAJUPMESC FGV) and the Access to Justice, Disasters, and Climate Change Group, together with professors Luciana Gross Cunha and Daniela Monteiro Gabbay. She was a visiting scholar at Yale University (2011-2012), with a scholarship granted by the Fox International Fellowships program. She was a researcher in the Rio Doce Project (2018-2022), where Fundação Getulio Vargas acted as a technical assistant to the Federal Public Ministry in the Samarco disaster, resulting from the rupture of the Fundão Dam (MG). She is involved in extension activities at FGV Direito SP, having been one of the founders of the Saracura Legal Assistance Center (CAJU), which provides free legal assistance and conducts strategic action projects.
