Professor of Labor Law at Getulio Vargas Foundation  São Paulo Law School. Post-doctorate from the University of São Paulo Law School, with funding from CNPq. PhD and Master's degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of São Paulo - Law School. She was an external consultant for the International Labor Organization. Coordinator of the Collaborative Research Network (CRN) 8 (Labor Rights) of the Law and Society Association. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Bordeaux (Chaire internationale détudes comparées de la santé au travail/CIECST). Associate Researcher at FGVCidades and CEPI FGV Direito SP.
