Osny da Silva Filho
PhD in Law from University of São Paulo (USP), with a “sandwich” period at Harvard Law School (2018-2019). He was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Law and International Private Law (2019). Master in Law from USP (2016), with a “sandwich” period at the School of Law of the University of California, Berkeley (2013-2014). He has a bachelor's degree in Law from USP (2012), with part of his studies attended at the Universities of Rome I “La Sapienza”, and II “Tor Vergata” (2009-2010). Collaborating Professor of the Professional Master and Undergraduate programs at FGV Sao Paulo Law School. He does research and teaches in the areas of private law theory, legal methodology, research ethics, contract law, civil liability, and property law.
