Raquel Lima Scalcon
PhD in Criminal Law (2016) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a research period at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany (2014). Master in Criminal Sciences (2011) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), with a summer course in German Criminal Dogmatic at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany (2011). Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences (2009) from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). She received a scholarship for postdoctoral studies at Humboldt-Universität Zu Berlin, Germany by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH), in partnership with CAPES. She also got a scholarship for a short-term research stay from Max-Planck-Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Strafrecht, in Freiburg, Germany (2018). She has experience in Law, with emphasis on Criminal Sciences, working maibly on the following topics: Administrative Criminal Law and Constitutional Criminal Law.
