Professor of Tax Law at the Law School of  Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, at the Law School of University of São Paulo, and at the School of Economics, Administration, and Accounting of USP. Member of IFA - International Fiscal Association, and IBA - International Bar Association. Partner at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. and Quiroga Lawyers, with outstanding performance in the tax area. Author of several published papers, including the books ‘Monetary Law and Currency Taxation’, ‘Taxation in the Financial and Capital Market’, ‘Income and Earnings of Any Nature’,  and ‘The Tax and the Constitutional Concept’.
