Prof. Nedumpara has nearly ten years of experience in the field of international trade and regulatory laws. He has previously worked as an associate lawyer in the New Delhi offices of Dua Associates and Luthra and Luthra Law Offices before taking up the position of Trade Officer (Legal) with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), New Delhi. Prof. Nedumpara has also worked as an intern at the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Orgnization, Geneva, where he had the opportunity to assist the WTO panels on US-Havana Club (2001) as well as the India-Auto (2001) disputes. Prof. Nedumpara received his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India and also holds Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees from University of Cambridge, U.K in commercial law and from the New York University (NYU) School of Law, USA in business and trade law respectively. He is also a recipient of the Cambridge Commonwealth Scholarship, the J.N. Tata Scholarship and the Bar Council of India Fellowship for Young Lawyers.

Jayanth Krishnan is the Charles L. Whistler Faculty Fellow and Professor of Law at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He teaches courses in property, comparative law, and immigration. In 2012, he received the Indiana University Trustees' Teaching Award.

Jonathan Burton-Macleod
Professor Burton-MacLeod teaches and researches in the areas of comparative constitutional law and in law and development, with a substantive focus on international business transactions.
Professor Burton-MacLeod previously held an academic position at Jindal Global Law School, a globally-oriented law school in New Delhi, India, where he was affiliated with the Center for Global Governance and Policy, a research center that considers global economic governance from a Global South perspective. He also served as the inaugural Assistant Dean for Research and International Collaborations at JGLS, during which he developed considerable interest in the globalization of legal education and legal services. Professor Burton-MacLeod also held a position at the Australian National University College of Law, where he lectured in Torts and Comparative Constitutional Law. He was recently a Visiting Faculty member at Direito GV, a leading private Brazilian Law School.
Professor Burton-MacLeod’s research considers the legal regulation of foreign direct investment in advanced emerging economies as a means to compare law and development models. Professor Burton-MacLeod also writes in the area of U.S. constitutional law, and has several working papers in issues of comparative constitutional law and comparative politics. These research areas share common methodological elements, marked by an emphasis on interdisciplinary theory, empirical analysis of large data sets, and comparative approaches to law.
Professor Burton-MacLeod is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law and an International Programs Research Scholar at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
