The project carried out in partnership with the Diversity Committee of FGV Sao Paulo Law School intended to map actions related to anti-discrimination litigation, which are pending judgment by the Supreme Court, as well as the profile of the structured litigation on the subject, until the closing date of the survey. The actions mapped have a great impact on the gender agenda, on the fight against racial discrimination, the inclusion of people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ recognition, the guarantee of the rights of the elderly, indigenous people, children, and teenagers. The research increases the transparency of the court’s future decisions, anticipating part of their impact on society and allowing the mobilization of different actors before the court.
