The Center for Teaching and Research on Innovation (CEPI) is a 10-year experience in teaching and research at FGV Sao Paulo Law School. Created from the merge of the Teaching and Research on Innovation Group (GEPI), dedicated to debating the relationship between law and new technologies, with the Teaching Methodology Nucleus (NME), intended for teacher training, teaching methodology and the development of teaching strategies to enable students to meet the professional demands of the 21st century.
CEPI’s activities aim to promote (i) a greater discussion on the insertion of law and new technologies in the syllabus of legal courses in undergraduate and graduate programs; (ii) the increase of the impacts resulting from the research carried out within the institution; and (iii) the qualification of public debates, court decisions, and laws and regulations on issues related to the agenda of Law and new technologies.
