The Intellectual Property, Human Rights and Inclusion Group performs research about possible modifications in the Intellectual Property System (including its two areas: Industrial Property, and Copyright), in order to establish a better balance between: the incentive of creative and innovation, on one hand, and the access and inclusion through the view of human rights, on the other.
