ON GOING
Based on the follow-up of actions that question measures taken by Jair Bolsonaro’s government, this project pays special attention to the roles of the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Government (AGU) and the Office of the Prosecutor General (PGR) in these actions. The question that guides the research is whether these institutions are capable of providing any kind of control, or if they have justified and legitimized the acts of the current government. The research has the participation of undergraduate students at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, from the Research Initiation Program, and is part of the Project on Autocratic Legalism (PAL – Brazil).
