Diversity and social sustainability policies and good practices in Brazilian companies

The goal was the identification, mapping, and analysis of social sustainability policies disclosed in sustainability reports of companies listed at Ibovespa. In particular, we were interested in those with gender equity and diversity (inclusion and representation), in order to understand the degree of development and innovation that these companies have achieved, in terms of implementing and developing such policies, and to point out the best and most adopted.
