ON GOING
This research intends to survey the future judgment agenda of the Supreme Court, especially concerning filed lawsuits that question measures taken by the Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, and measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic. In detail, it is a survey of new actions filed for judgment by the Supreme Court, based on this thematic cutout, monitoring their progress and selecting their main pieces (injunction or merit, admission as amicus curiae, etc).
