ON GOING
The project starts from the framework limits, which barely contemplates the rights of transsexual, intersex, non-binary, or genderless people, and investigates theoretical-normative possibilities for their effective protection. Based on dogmatic, jurisprudence, doctrine, and comparative law, the goal is to identify the potential of the Brazilian legal system for the recognition of rights, in different areas, in favor of this population.
