It aims to discuss empirically the main legal aspects related to innovation, in terms of opportunities and challenges. Here, we address these aspects both for companies already consolidated in the market and for startups, focusing essentially on issues related to the regulation of innovation and technology. We discuss topics such as innovation and technology protection, contractual and tax aspects related to startups, intellectual property, and fashion law.
