The project aims to accompany the judgment sessions of the Supreme Court plenary with two purposes: to facilitate media incidences, making the debates that take place in the Supreme Court more accessible to society, and evaluate the degree of interaction among the ministers in the decision-making process. The widespread diagnosis is that Supreme Court ministers do not discuss, because they take written votes to the judgment session, without a real space for persuasion and dialogue. This assumption, however, does not exempt identifying an existing degree of interaction in the court. Only in this way will it be possible to advance proposals to improve the institutional design and deliberation at the Supreme Court.
