This research Project aims to propose new regulatory arrangements for the patents system, on the outskirts of the international treaties, aiming a better balance between protection and access of innovation, in line with a critical view of Human Rights and a counter-hegemonic approaches, considering the plurality of human dignities that need to be attend by the regulatory dynamic.
