Supreme Court on the Agenda

Six-month agenda at the Supreme Court: has it become more predictable?

Ano de criação

The research aims to evaluate the performance of the innovations introduced by the creation of a six-monthly agenda at the Supreme Court, during the presidency of Minister Dias Toffoli. For this purpose, it maps the cases disclosed in that period, as well as those scheduled and judged weekly. This mapping allows us to evaluate if these innovations led tomore predictability in the cases judged, and if they  have changed the court’s dynamics, by diversifying the  judgment agenda.
