The objective is to evaluate how the presence of women lawyers affects their professional environment. The balance between work and personal life in different offices will be analyzed, through data on the perceptions of male and female lawyers (a perception survey), combined with data from the offices (lawyers’ presence, rise, turnover, and replacement). These data will allow a quantitative diagnosis of the imbalance indicated by qualitative research (BONELLI, 2016), and data from the offices will show potential tangible (financial) and intangible (decrease in productivity, loss of intellectual capital) losses of those who disregard this issue.
