Women from the academic community at FGV Sao Paulo Law School (students and former students of Undergraduate, Professional Master and Academic Master and PhD programs, professors, researchers, and employees) can participate as mentors or mentorees in the WoMENTOR - Mentoring Program for Women.

WoMENTOR seeks to create a space for support and exchange among women, by specifically debating issues on gender, the job market, and career. In an environment conducive to mutual empowerment, guidance and growth in professional, personal and academic life, WoMENTOR's mission is to create a bridge between FGV Sao Paulo Law School students and former students for guidance on professional life.

Participation in the program lasts one semester, and to enroll as a mentor, you just need to be a former student of FGV Sao Paulo Law School, with more than two years since graduation, a student or alumni of the Professional Master or Academic Master and PhD programs, researcher, teacher, or employee, with interest in the program. To be a mentoree, you must be an undergraduate student at FGV Sao Paulo Law School from, at least, the 3rd year of the course, a former undergraduate student with up to two years since graduation, a student of the Professional Master or Academic Master and PhD programs, researcher, or school employee.
