Global Law Program
O Global Law Program é composto tanto por disciplinas bimestrais com duração de 30 horas/aula, equivalendo a dois créditos e lecionadas por professores da FGV Direito SP, como por disciplinas de curta duração ministrados por professores estrangeiros provenientes das instituições parceiras da escola. As disciplinas de curta duração têm duração de 15 horas/aula, equivalendo a um crédito. A língua oficial do programa é o inglês e cada disciplina oferece no máximo 50 vagas.
O Global Law Program é aberto aos alunos a partir do 3º ano da Graduação em Direito, do Mestrado e Doutorado Acadêmico em Direito e Desenvolvimento, do Mestrado Profissional, da Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu (FGV LAW) e a alunos estrangeiros em intercâmbio na FGV Direito SP. Para cursar as disciplinas, os alunos da FGV Direito SP devem estar regularmente matriculados nos cursos da escolas, além de ter fluência em inglês (exames de proficiência podem ser solicitados para participação nas disciplinas). Alunos das demais escolas da FGV em São Paulo, brasileiros ou estrangeiros, também estão aptos a cursar as disciplinas do Global Law Program.
