Bachelor of Laws, University of Ribeirão Preto (1993). She is currently a professor at FGV Sao Paulo Law School, where she develops research in the area of Economic Criminal Law. Ex-President of the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences. She was a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for International and Foreign Criminal Law (Freiburg, Germany), Visiting Professional at the International Criminal Court, Advisor to the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court, and Advisor to Supreme Court Ministers. She is a lawyer, working mainly in the area of Economic Criminal Law.
