Deputy Coordinator of the Academic Masters and PhD Program at FGV São Paulo Law School, where she also teaches international law at the Undergraduate Law Program. She was a temporary professor at the Federal University of São Paulo (2023/2024) and the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2022). In July 2022 and July 2023, she was a visiting professor at the Los Andes International Summer School at the University of Los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia. Between 2017 and 2021, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Melbourne Law School, Australia, with the Laureate Program in International Law (www.lpil.org), directed by Professor Anne Orford. Between July 2014 and March 2017, she was an assistant professor of International Relations at the Federal University of São Paulo. She has a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (2000), with exchange experience at the Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza (1998/1999), and a master's degree (2006) and a PhD (2012) in international law from the University of São Paulo. She was a doctoral fellow with the Sasakawa Fund Young Leaders Program (SYLFF) in 2011. That same year, she was a visiting researcher at the Erik Castrén Institute for International Law and Human Rights at the University of Helsinki, under the supervision of Martti Koskenniemi, with funding from the Finnish agency Center for International Mobility (CIMO) and SYLFF Research Abroad Program. She is a member of the Latin American Society of International Law and the International Law Association-Brazilian Branch. Her research agenda is focused on the theory and history of international law, regionalism, Latin America, Brazilian and third world approaches to international law and international human rights law.
